Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will enjoy a dynamic role encompassing the cultivation of new logo opportunities as well as the management and retention of existing accounts. This hybrid approach ensures constant growth and diversity, making the work engaging and fulfilling. The ISR will assume responsibility for a wide range of clients, offering transformative health and wellness solutions priced between $2K and $10K on average.

Requirements:
The company values experience and proficiency, particularly in phone-based sales. Effective communication skills are critical for establishing strong client relationships and closing deals successfully. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, unafraid to take the initiative in pursuing new opportunities and exceeding targets. Those with a proven track record of selling to higher education institutions, state and local entities, municipalities, or police and fire departments will enjoy a significant advantage and seamlessly integrate into the team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Inside Sales Representative will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $60K to $65K, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) potential of $100K to $120K.
