Business Development Representative

The Role:

Create outbound calling and/or marketing lists utilizing tools that have complete and necessary information to be effective.
Conduct 70-80 warm or cold calls/day
Pass qualified leads/meetings on to Inside Sales/closing team.
Provide feedback to marketing on quality lead
Quota: 15 Sales Accepted Leads per month, 15 meetings/month scheduled with 65% conversion rate

Compensation: $50k Base/$70k OTE, uncapped
