Join an Elite Sales Force in the Heart of Texas! (Need to reside in Texas)

We're seeking a dynamic sales professional to cover the expansive Texas territory, leveraging your expertise to engage with top-tier HR teams and C-level executives. With a robust portfolio of solutions catering to diverse verticals including healthcare, technology, retail, pharma, and manufacturing, you'll be spearheading sales cycles ranging from 6 to 9 months, with deal sizes exceeding $200k and often stretching into the millions.

What You Bring to the Table:
We're looking for a seasoned closer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in software sales, ideally with a track record of success in HR software. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and cultivate relationships with large enterprises (2k+ employees) is paramount. If you've successfully closed deals valued at $200k and above, including those exceeding $1 million, you're precisely the caliber of candidate we're seeking.

In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $120k to $130k, with the potential to earn up to $250k to $260k.
