JOB SUMMARY
Company Background:
Our client, a prominent player in the food and hospitality industry, and has created a rapidly growing chain with 40 locations across the Northeast. Our client specializes in providing franchises with premium food, all coming from locally owned warehouses, catering to various establishments including colleges, high schools, sports arenas like TD Garden and Fenway Park, as well as major retailers like Market Basket and HelloFresh. 

Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager for Hospitality (Franchise Development), you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand by: 

  • Cultivating relationships and identifying strategic opportunities to grow the footprint, particularly within the hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Collaborating with industry partners and key stakeholders, as well as the internal executive leadership team
  • Balancing responsibilities between personal sales efforts and managing a growing sales team.
  • Overseeing the franchise process, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing support to franchisees.


Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years managing outside sales teams in the hospitality or F&B sector
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate sales processes and overcome obstacles effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in wholesale and hospitality sectors.
  • Experience in franchise development or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards follow-up and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.

Compensation: $150k base/$250k OTE uncapped
